Little Minds Monthly Adventures- Ages 3-5

This ongoing program brings a playful, themed mindfulness class to your child every week, helping them build emotional strength, self-awareness, and calm through our four foundational pillars: Mindset, Movement, Nutrition, and Rest. Each month focuses on one pillar so children can dive deep, practice new skills, and carry them into everyday life.

For Your Child:

  • Develops resilience, focus, and emotional regulation
  • Learns practical tools they can use at school and at home
  • Enjoys fresh, engaging content every month — no repeats
  • Benefits from a supportive, small-group environment with a trained facilitator
