Gratitude and Joy Game | Game: Gratitude Musical Chairs | 20 minutes | Traditional musical chairs, but when a child is out, they share something they are grateful for or something that brings them joy. |
Affirmation Jenga | Affirmation Jenga | 20 minutes | Kids play Jenga. Each time they remove a block, they write something positive on it that might make someone else feel good. |
Closing and Cool Down | Discussion: Share One Thing | 3 minutes | Each child shares one thing they enjoyed about the session. |

Body Scan Mindfulness | Mindfulness Practice: Guided Body Scan | 10 minutes | A guided session where kids focus on relaxing each part of their body from head to toe. |
Relax and Recharge | Discussion: Share One Thing | 10 minutes | Each child shares one thing they enjoyed about the session. Kids then individually do something that relaxes or recharges them. |
